Model # @ 12 o clock position in casing- does rolex still do that?
Hi,
Just paid for my new gmt ii 116713 at the AD and they are waiting for my check to clear, so pics and yoohoo!!s to follow after I get it in hand. I asked to check the model # and serial # on casing, they told me they are not etched on to the casing anymore. I can understand the rehaUT engraving at 6 o clock replacing the body wngraving, did rolex stop etching the model # too? cheers. njexpress |

Model # is still engraved between the lugs at the 12 side

On all mine with the latest rehaut engraving there is no serial number between the lugs!
The case between the lugs are engraved but it's with stainless steel/model reference now no serial number just model details |
