I don't think you will find many if any AD's that provide a discount on them. I paid MSRP for mine which is lower than the gray market at the moment.

Forget flea bay; bought mine from David SW here. PM him (or a couple of the other trusted sellers). You'll get your D-blue without the AD "limited supply, you'll need to rush in the moment we call" drama and for a fair price. Love mine; has become the daily wearer both with suits and without

Simply breathtaking. That's it, minds made up
The quest for a D-blue begins... Wish me luck! I'm not expecting any discount, the best timescale an AD can offer me is 5 months so my proposed path is maybe an EU watch or someone that has "imported" one. Methinks it will cost me a couple of hundred more than retail but I can't wait for months - I'm missing my Sub as it is! |

Only Rolex knows for sure, yet they're on record as saying that the D-Blue is a regular production piece, and nothing more than an alternative dial option. Of course, how they're actually treating it (i.e. telling ADs how special it is and limiting its production) speaks to something else.
So, yes, the rumors are flying fast and furious around this one – the latest says that it will be discontinued in June – but at the end of the day, the buck stops with Rolex. If you want one, I'd suggest waiting until February/March to see if demand wanes a bit and the prices come down; if they don't and it's still tough to find in ADs, then grab the next one that pops up. ;-) Regards, Adam |

I am a total convert. When I first saw photos online, I scoffed at the watch. When I put it on my wrist I fell in love. SO much better in person.
