Datejust 1601 lume

Thinking about pulling the trigger on early 70s datejust. Looks very clean, but was wondering if it should still have this much lume? Probably service dial/hands?

hands look to bright, looks to be in superb condition re; case and bezel I think rolex has serviced this watch and replaced a few things, if it is a service dial it is an early one
