I like all 3. I own 2 brushed oyster watches, and recently acquired a polished center link watch. Next (hopefully!) will be a jubilee datejust unless someone convinces me otherwise! This group has a lot of knowledgeable people in it that may steer me elsewhere

Brushed or pcl is great.

Jubilee is also fine but a bit less rugged imho, I think they look especially good on vintage.

I like them both and am fortunate to get a comfortable fit with both. I do give a slight edge to the Super Jubilee on the appropriate watch.

Having an oyster for about a week now, I can say it gets scratched if you even look at it funny. The jubilee looked new after several years of wear. My president bracelet does well with scratches too. The oyster looks great but for scratch resistance, it's tough to beat a jubilee. It's also really comfortable.

The Rolex Jubilee is arguably one of the most comfortable watch bracelets ever produced. The jubilee on a DJ is just classic Rolex. That being said I also love the brushed oyster and absolutely hate the PCL's and judging by the poll results I'm not alone!...IMHO of course

Depends

I don't like to wear a Rolex Bracelet on a Rolex Watch unless it is the bracelet Rolex sells with the watch. So.........................I own 3 Rolex Sport (Tool)Watches with an Oyster Bracelet (16623 Yachtmaster 40mm, 216570 Explorer II 42mm and a 116264 Turn O Graph 36mm). But I do like the "change up" my 16710 GMT Master II Coke 40mm provides with a Jubilee Bracelet. And because I agree with previous responses that the Jubilee does tend to stretch more than an Oyster I've placed the original 62510H Jubilee Bracelet that came with the watch into the Watches box for "safe keeping" and installed a 63200 Super Jubilee bracelet on the GMT II. The 63200 Super Jubilee is a solid link and solid end piece Jubilee that reduces stretch possibilities. Now I'm more comfortable wearing the GMT Master II Coke with a Jubilee more often for the "change up" it provides for me. And I don't think the Jubilee looks too "girly" at all.

I disliked jubilee's for years but was finally captivated by one on a GMT a few years ago and purchased one as an option for my GMT2. The look on a GMT is unique and classic being one of the few professional models outfitted with one from the factory. It is great as an option but I voted brushed oyster as it really is "the" Rolex bracelet.

I love the oyster, but wear jubilee on some 34 and 36mm. I never thought I'd like the two-tone oyster, especially on a 34mm, but on the Zephyr, TT-oyster is the way to go, or crocodile.

I didn’t respond to the poll because it clearly (to me) depends on the watch. I prefer jubilee for the Date Just though the combination with the white gold bezel looks a little busy to me. I’d prefer the oyster bracelet with the white gold bezel on the Date Just. I think the jubilee looks really good with a Pepsi GMT. I’m not a big fan of the oyster with polished Center links because of fingerprints and microswirls, but it looks great when it’s wiped down with a microfiber cloth.

The jubilee really looks good. But it misses the solid feeling what a oyster has.

I agree that it really depends on the Watch model.

I find jubilee also works well with vintage sub.

Jubilee on my 1994 DJ36 felt really solid, comfortable, and didn't show any scratches after 15 years of daily wear.

Oyster on my 1996 Sub Date felt flimsy in comparison and showed many scratches after just four weeks wear since its refurbishment prior to buying - one of the reasons I ditched it at that point.

My wife also chose jubilee for her recent DJ31 purchase after the AD showed her a 2 year old TT Oyster which was very scratched up. My DJ41 also had to have a jubilee for both aesthetic and practical (no scratches) reasons...

Jubilee is very very comfortable; have a WG daydate 18239 on president bracelet (for many most comfortable bracelet on Rolex lineup) and would say the jubilee rivals its comfort on wrist

I chose oyster on smooth bezel DJ36. Nobody has mentioned yet the Easylink extension system on the oyster bracelet. I use that *all the time* and afaik it's not on the Jubilee.

I'm so glad I found this poll as I've been battling to try and get a DJ36 on Oyster rather than Jubilee that Rolex seems to always supply ADs with... Glad to hear I'm not the only one who thinks Oyster works for casual and more formal settings, whilst giving the datejust a bit of a more youthful feel.

I've had many ADs say they will swap for me, but the only one in Aus with the dial I want refuses to swap the Jubilee to an Oyster. So they lost an easy sale :(

Brushed oyster. J is ok. But I do not like shiny oysters. I also do not like yellow or lime green cars and trucks. Maybe there is a correlation?

Agree.

Depends completely on the watch.
