bit of a dilemma here...I am interested in the SBGE001 or the SBDB001 with the later being part of the Prospex line. What really tempts me with the later is the fact that the line of watch is exclusive to Japan market. The SBDX001 is also a consideration.

They both use the spring drive and have impeccable finish...now, which would you choose?

Lovely watch, Peter. The finish on the GS line is amazing, isn't it?

I have zero dress watches but this sbgr061 has caught my lust for years. I have never seen on in person or know anyone with it. I have a hard time pinning down the actual color from the net. I hope real life color is closer to this shade than the yellowish. Does anyone have any comment? Also does anyone have a wristie and the same wrist with a sub? Just to ascertain size.

I have seriously thought of trading, selling a Rolex for the sbgr061 and maybe a sbgm001

For who's interested in the Rolex section I posted a thread with my Baselworld pictures, many of those are Seiko and Grand Seiko related.

I tried this on in person and fell in love. Simple and beautiful. I'm hoping to buy it the next time I visit in-laws in Japan.
