DateJust ii aftermarket replacement fluted bezel?
Hi All, getting a new Date Just 11 white dial with plain bezel, looks lovely and the price is ok wish. Just wondering if at some time later I want to change out the plain bezel with a fluted white gold one is it possible and has anyone here done same? The price difference at authorized dealer is 1,900 Euros however there is nowhere near 2K worth of gold! Anyway I would be interested to know has anyone here done something similar? thanking you all in advance for your opinions

Do you want to buy a Rolex OEM part? Do you want to put on a fake bezel?

See this thread I believe Lee posted a thread specifically on his DJ2 bezel swap, but I can't find it at the moment. I believe he did this at his AD or RSC |

Nice to know this can be done if I decide at a future date to change look and yes I think I would get a fake bezel as was put by some previous poster. If Rolex are charging 2K Euros and I can buy a similar white gold bezel with same gold content for 400 -450 Euros then I am happy with that and will keep the extra 1500 Euros in my bank account, my bank manager would certainly be happier with that decision!

thanks for the responses all much appreciated. Yes I may change to a fluted bezel at a later stage then again I may not just nice to know it is an option. In resposne to one poster I would not see it as a fake part peif I bought an aftermarket White Gold bezel I just think 2K Euros from Rolex vs 400-450 euros for the same white gold bezel is illogical

X2. I would do everything you can not to put fake parts on your Rolex, but in this case it's a bit different. Gold can be expensive, so it's understandable. At the end of the day Gold is Gold. Fake inserts/ceramic is a bit ridiculous to me... |

I purchased my 116300 with the bezel swapped out to a Rolex WG fluted bezel, but converted my back to smooth bezel before selling. I sold the fluted bezel on ebay for @ $700, without a washer.
