What do you think? Is it very worn? How much can the strap jubilee of a datejust 16234 of 36mm?

If it bothers you then send it to Michael Young. It'll come back looking brand new.

Does not bother me. But I want to know if I'm wrong. The Datejust is from 1989

I have seen a lot worse on older watches. This actually doesn’t look too bad to me.

That bracelet is good for another 40 years. I don't understand the obsession to have everything new.

If it was described by a trusted seller it would read: Bracelet in very good condition.

That's not worn. I've seen 90 degree jube bands work well. Let's just remember that when it's on the wrist, it doesn't bend like most demonstrate them to determine their life and remaining worth.

Stop the band wear madness.

I called RSC and was told they don't fix stretched bracelet, they replace it.

I have a 14270 with some small stretch on the bracelet that Michael Young is currently working on.

That doesn't look bad at all. I would only inspect it closely to make sure there aren't any really thin links that might fail but otherwise wear it and enjoy it.
