I'm voting the Submariner. That blue is stunning with YG.

I like the sub over the Daytona but the real gold piece is the daydate.

I have to admit, I love blue so it's the Sub for me. It also has the ceramic bezel so it will be more resistant to scratches if you're planning on wearing it often.
The polished metal bezel on the Daytona is a scratch magnet. I'd honestly chose the gold Day Date 40 over either though as I already have a Sub TT. |

Another vote for the YG Sub. I seen some pics on here that are just stunning. The pics on Rolex's website do it no justice.
I have a 116613LB and am torn on my next watch. A YG Sub is certainly a consideration even though it is so close to what I have now, but is it a beauty. |

If you think the Daytona looks nice; go for it.
If you need a watch you can see what tine it is AND also look nice; Sub. |

Yo Lambo!
The Sub would be my suggestion. The YG Sub is iconic. Do you use chronological functions at all? After owning a Breitling Aerospace for years, I can tell you I used those functions minimally. It turns out I use my iPhone for timing. YG Sub, especially if its your only one. |

In this case Sub. I own platinum Daytona and love it and prefer white metals. If I were to get a Sub, it would be the white gold one with blue dial.

I choose the Blue Sub naturally but must say that is a nice dial on the Daytona.

I really really love that dial configuration on the Daytona but can't seem to find one to see in the flesh.

I'd go Sub out of that choice, but, my YG sports of choice would be the YG GMT with the green dial
I'm just not a Daytona fan, as others have mentioned, I struggle to read the time on them, the dial, bezel etc is just too busy for my eyes. But, YG Rolex of choice for me would still be a black dial DD, rather than any sports model
