Crazy to think I got the LVC with a 11% discount about 4 years ago.
Come to think of it, I’ve never seen another one on a wrist since but I have seen several in windows, the most recent about 14 months ago. |

I shopped a few UK ADs this summer while I was there. They would have gladly sold me something from their display case but I doubt they would have sold me a BLNR, LVc or Daytona C if they had one in the back.
An AD outside of Frankfurt would allow me the privilege of purchasing a Daytona C if I purchased a DD. I called an AD in a USA city where I was on business recently to inquire about a watch and they told me if I didn’t hold a driver’s license from that state, it was Rolex policy that they could not sell to me which is BS but whatever. Doesn’t hurt to shop and see if you score what you want but it’s doubtful for the hottest models. |

20% vat off- minus the fees/along with the wait to claim your tax refund:) It might make more sense asking someone based in the UK you trust to put your name down at the local AD. PS: Beware a few AD's require a 20% deposit & heard some even retaining the Rolex warranty card once you buy for up to 1-2yrs..... |
