It could read one of the 618 watches produced but, 618 is the calibre number for the Rolex mvt used in 3646 and 2533, confusing ...

... or are there 618 Rolex 618 driven Panerai 3646? If this was a mistake, do the people selling this watch really know the history of this watch?
