Panerai PAM01661 of wait for the PAM01663
I’m still debating to pick the PAM1661 of wait for the PAM1663.
It’s Carbotech against Fibratech. Not sure hoe the fibratech holds I’m against knocks or a drop... What would you do? |

I did not like the biodegradable in that review!
But I guess and hope it does apply to the watch. |

My only concern for this piece is the hardness of the titanium, I have a carbotech and its tough !!! Banged so many times still holding up amazingly.

How are the underside of the lugs from strap changes? That's one of my concerns with buying a carbotech Submersible.

its not that difficult, i changed straps many times on my carbotech 1616. its actually quite easy and chances of scratching the lugs during the process is virtually not exist.

I’ve changed straps so many times on my carbotech 979 and not a mark visible. Also has springbars and lug holes. No components to break or chance of failures. Simple and reliable.

I wish I knew a source for those fat shoulderless spring bars Panerai uses.
