any good independent rolex service shops in Houston texas that can repair, Complete overhaul adjust ? i was using Universal on richmond but nowadays they take 2 months to service a watch and when i pick up, crown was still hard to wind . Thanks in advance

You did not specify: Is your watch newish or vintage?

New (although NOT an independent) - send to Rolex in Dallas. They have a good reputation. They will send you (free) a special shipping container.

Really, any renowned CW21 watchmaker is more than worth their weight in Palladium.
You should really bite the bullet. Contact him and talk to him first, if you have any doubts or other issues. You want the job done R-I-G-H-T and by an absolute professional.
Your choice though. Just don't get upset if you do not find a proper Rolex tech in Houston for the job and they give your watch issues, such as the issue you have now.
As noted earlier, the Ridley's are highly regarded VINTAGE ROLEX experts.
