I don't see how anyone can tell from that one bad picture including me.

All I know is that M serials had both engraved and non engraved rehauts and that much is a fact.

I do think the OP seems a bit fishy to me though.

The coronet looks odd. Pointed 4 lime green insert I don't believe I've seen before. I remember a post a few years back showing a scary close fake LV vs genuine LV comparison. Extreme care is definitely needed. I'd never buy that one just going off the crap picture.
