Wow! Really, really amazing photography. Thank you for taking the time to make these, as the prep work is tremendous as well as the editing. I'm blown away.

Fantastic. Is the brown alligator an OEM strap?

I agree . I’ve always been a Rolex collector primally myself. Sold a Speedy Pro couple years ago and missed it. Bought one a couple weeks and my Rolex have been in the safe since. I know I’ll put in my rotation but right now it’s been my 2021 watch. I wear it on the OEM black alligator.

Tnx man, glad you like em. Well some shots demand a more prep and time, but it's a fine hobby to have with a beer or whiskey in the hand

Sorry for my late reply. Actually no, it's some cheap eBay alligator strap and it's honestly an amazing quality. It was someting like 30 bucks

New Speedy set

A great choice as your GO-TO watch and indeed iconic & a timeless classic

Oh yes, I very much like your wrist & still shots of this classic, showing how versatile this watch really is

This thread proves two things: 1) this is one of the most beautiful timepieces ever made, and 2) it looks SO much better on a strap than bracelet.

Beautiful photos - thanks for sharing.

Thanx. And I agree with the straps. There is so much option out there

But it was a hot month, so a lot of Metal/NATO wear

Great shots! The versatility of the speedy is undervalued IMO

Is the Racing model allowed here :-)

I was actually after a Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch and ended up with this. It had the same dimensions as the Moonwatch.

My humble iPhone photo. You can tell by the way it automatically transforms the photo. (wish it didn’t do that.) Apollo 11 dial Moonwatch in summer dress

I know you wanted to see it wet, so it goes! :)

BTW, seeing Speedy in EVA is cool and all, but have you seen one dropping through a wormhole? Inception inspired shot (no photoshop, free style light painting here!)

Man this forum needs a “like” button! I’d have used it about ten times just within this thread. Excellent photos. Really makes me want to go buy another Speedy. I’d love a new sapphire sandwich.

I’ve really come to appreciate the Speedy. I think it is one of the best looking watches made. Timeless. Classic. So well-proportioned. It’s got absolutely everything going for it, in my opinion.
