SRP787 vs SRP789

Hello everyone..... I’m considering picking up one of these bad boys. I would love to hear opinions.

It’s just down to taste. Some people prefer Coke and some prefer Batman.

Personally I’d go for the red/black, but only because I already have a Rolex BLNR.

I got the 789 but changed it right away to a silicon strap meant for the darth tuna. Just my personal preference anyways. Just prefer the turtle on a rubber/silicon bracelet.

I’ve never seen either of those! They’re sweet. I think I prefer the Batman.

Great input!!! Thanks everyone!!! I’m leaning towards the red/black combo...but buying both would solve the dilemma....

Hi mate, ive got the batman and its one of my favs, looks fantastic in the flesh and the light blue minutes hand gives it a really fresh look.

The cokes cool too but the batman wins out this one for me.

Id just get both lol, ive got 5 turtles so ive had the same decisions too, buying both sounds like the best option lol..

It just comes down to colour preference.

What about the "all black" version, that is my preferred Turtle :

I was having your same problem when these two were introduced...

I couldn't make up my mind and asked my wife. She simply said "How much are these ? Get both !"

Now they're a bit more expensive for some reason, but at the time I paid 500 euros for both.

These are the watches we mostly use for diving these days. I wear the Coke, my wife wears the Batman.

Excellent value, very dependable and carefree watches. I tried different mods on them, but in the end the only mod I kept is the domed sapphire crystal, the rest is perfect as at is. These have a very strong Seiko diver DNA going already.
