So many scammers out there. It’s very clear what their business model is.

They are a broker with no inventory. You give them money. They find the reference in poor condition or broken at a cheap price, buy it, have it drop shipped to you... and they pocket the difference. If you claim the piece has a problem, they tell you to send it for a manufacturer service and wash their hands of it.

I didn't think this type of business model could survive without some excellent service. Someday I'll post my entire email exchange with these fine folks. It'd blow your mind.

I know it's been bumped but I'll add my experience with them.

I was inquiring about a Gold Sub C they had for sale back in the fall of 2020. I asked about trading two pieces I was considering consolidating to help fund the purchase. The sales tactics - phone calls and text messages were crazy and aggressive. It brought me to the point that I just didn't trust them - it seemed sleazy. Something just didn't feel right.

I went back to the rule of buy the seller then buy the watch.

They are nothing if not consistent.

They sent a reply back to me saying I couldn’t even afford a Rolex. Lol. A lot of rude stuff as well but that part was funny.

Same here. It was so over the top that I kept feeling like I was on Candid Camera (or Punked as the younger crowd calls it now) and some celebrity was going to suddenly appear out of nowhere and we'd all get a great big laugh out of it. That did not happen.

Best I can tell the guy with the super Pepsi incoming wore the Thanos gauntlet to the AD. Upon completing a wrist roll he set the forum back 6 days.

Thanks for the heads up on these scum bags. The responses to the FAQ’s on their website are pretty funny.

I saw a watch at a good price on their site and started looking at their reviews and the posts here. This reply on Yelp kind of showed me they don't even care about watches:

Madison W.
Business Manager

Addendum: just checked yes he did offer us a Zenith Defy! for those of you who never heard of this watch, its a piece of expletive and he wanted a 5k for it. You can get these brand new for 4k...

Dear Bryan F please go F yourself

Now a Zenith may not be a Rolex or Patek but I don't think it is a piece of expletive and they have a pretty rich history with some solid accomplishments. I would much rather pay more to someone who actually cares about their customers and product. Thanks to all the others posting warnings here!

I just read the Google reviews. The responses to negative reviews are amazing. What mature adult think it's normal to reply to a negative review like that? Someone leaves a 3 line negative review, and the "owner" replies with 3 paragraphs.

Literally, so much time is invested in replying to the negative reviews, its wild.

Wow...

I have no ball in this game, but read through this thread for entertainment and then checked out their Yelp review for fun. Aren’t they totally violating Yelp policy here? “Madison” is responding to negative reviews throughout putting the reviewers personal info (full name, phone number, sometimes address???) in her responses aka doxxing. Can’t believe this company’s for real.

Dont buy from jaztime..they are scammers. Sold me a 2019 missing a link and damaged box. When I called them to ask about it they just told me
its a used watch and to deal with it! Even though the listing
said 2019 unworn and no mention about the missing link or box.

Incredible, shocked how they are still in business. I've seen their business pop up time to time but definitely off the consideration list.
