Seiko SARB033 versus Grand Seiko SBGH005

Inquiring minds want to know...what makes the Grand Seiko SBGH005 worth the money when a Seiko SARB033 can be had brand new for under $400.

I am not well-versed on Grand Seiko and just want to know what justifies one watch costing 10x as much as the other. Thanks!

therres a review of the grand seiko , linked from a post here ,,,, awsome technology ,, wether its worth the price ,,, read the review and decide , same line of thought , citizen chronomaster , i think its called worthy of a look too , +5 -2 seconds a year ,,, not a day , week or month ,,, but year .
lots of watch for the price , again , only from memory.
but worth a look see.

Seiko SARB033 versus Grand Seiko SBGH005

I own both and can see the difference's in aesthetics as well as technical features of the watch that would indeed justify their prices.

Materials used in their movements, casing and bracelets are very different. The craftsmanship of the GS is of another level even when compared to other high end brands worth tens of thousands.

The best way for you to understand is to handle both watches side by side. Although the SARB is a superb watch for its price, the GS has moved the WIS world without question.
