Bonhams Auction House London

Have you or someone you know purchased a Rolex watch from Bonhams auction house? If so were they happy with the condition? I noticed there is rarely any history with the watch, box or papers. I think they add 20% on to hammer price? How about taxes bring it to the USA, state tax as well? Their watches do look good in the pictures, and some nice rare models.
