Sea Dwellers and the rest of the family

Finally got around to taking a clear picture of my ref. 1665 Sea Dweller. Bought this watch new 30 years ago while passing through Hong Kong. Can't believe it's been that long.

As I took the photo, I thought I might as well do the rest of the family.

16600 I got just over a year ago from AD, because I wanted a sapphire crystal SD. And the Deep Sea was an impulse buy 2 months ago, because it's a cool watch.

The beauty of YG blue dial Sub still gives me goose bumps even after 15 years. And I recently got the Sub LV because wife's LV looks so good. I figure I need or errhhh want one too.

This Explorer was a present to wife 10 years ago. After a while she got bored with it so it became mine as a hand-me-down. I loved the 2nd time zone feature so much I bought a 16710 GMT II. Then when the new GMT II 116710 version came out I got that too, because I liked the ceramic bezel and green 24hr hand. However the older 16710 gets more of my wrist time because it's lighter.

Got this 16518 YG Daytona with brown crocodile strap in Tokyo some years ago. Very dressy, and quite light because of the strap. Then I got this WG Daytona with Rolex movement a couple of years ago. A beautiful watch, but I don't wear it much because it's quite heavy.

Last but not least is this YG Cellini I got in the 90s. I was actually looking for my father's watch which has the beautiful satin smooth gold band instead of the crocodile strap, but could not find any. So this was the closest I could get from an AD.

Now I'm attracted to and looking for mint condition 1675 GMT Pepsi with Oyster band, mint or NIB 16710 GMT II Pepsi with 3186 movement, and 16710 with Coke bezel.

And I also REALLY like the DLC blacked out Daytona or Sub from ProjectX Design, but it seems many are turned off by aftermarket modifications.

Doesn't get more beautiful than a Sea Dweller! But the family is family, must always be welcome.
