Help with ID on a 120m Seamaster
I was driving back from selling my Rolex Yachtmaster to a fellow forum member (nice meeting you Dan), and I stopped at a place that buys and sells gold and estate jewelry.
He happened to have a few Omega watches, on old Seamaster Deville, Seamaster Constellation, and there was a Seamaster diver. Here are the pics: The watch is pristine. The only blemish is the smallest of scratches on the clasp. It looks like someone put it away after wearing it only once. Sets up and runs strong. I noticed that the red dot on the caseback is intact. So the question is, what do I have and what would have been a reasonable price to pay? No box or papers, just the watch.

Looks like one from "Watchco"
NOS parts with donor movements. Here's one on the bay. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Omega-SEA...ht_1051wt_1112 |

Nope. 100% original vintage. Have done a ton of research since my initial post 5 days ago. 1010 movement, original dial, hands case etc.
This must have been in someone's drawer since 1978 given it's incredible condition. Watchco remakes use a different dial and bezel and have new luminova hands. One of these vintage originals sold at auction for $3600 in worse condition. I stumbled on a rare item and am thrilled with it. Another pic. See if you can spot the differences between my original vintage model and the remake Watchco ones:

I had one of those (the one in my pic), it was in terrible shape, but ran great once restored. I did struggle to sell it though and found it to wear smaller than its dimensions suggest.

I find it wears perfect on my 7 1/4" wrist. I sent it to be serviced and pressure tested so I know it is ready to wear. I miss it and it has only been gone 4 days.
