Seeing your options now I would go for option 3. YG Daytona with the green dial.

The bent hand Day Date would be my choice of the litter

All are fantastic, but when I think of PM Rolex, I think of the DD

Then again, for some reason I’ve never been interested in Daytona - I guess I would need new reading glasses if I had one - and they seem to be in majority from which to choose from.

But of course this is very much each their own thing.
LOL. The expression is " in your shoes". In your pants means something very different.

Oh... I pick the GMT.

For this money, don't you want a gold bracelet as well?

Seems like the price difference between the daytona on rubber and any other gold watch is negligible, kinda. Just look at the price of a DD bracelet if you get one separately.

GMT or YG Daytona. Feel the Daytona fits your wrist better.

I would choose the WG Submariner or WG Daytona.

I currently have the 116508 Green dial and I find myself often wishing for a WG version for daily wear to stay under the radar.

Wow! That is one treasure trove of beautiful gold watches!

Since the WG with Oysterflex was your first choice, I would wait the few extra days and get that one. Sorry, I'm not a big Daytona fan, but I have seen that YG GMT with green dial at my AD, and it is certainly stunning! So, from those pics, that is the one I would choose. I have also tried on the Yachtmaster Everose with the Oysterflex. That OF is one amazing bracelet! It even beats any other high end rubber straps I have tried, including the Patek Philippe Aquanaut.

Look forward to seeing which one you end up with!

Cheers,
Carl

Time to stretch if you can. Disregard the best deal and buy the best watch. Try pushing for more of a deal on the YG Daytona. Let them know you like it, if you do!!!

Just woke up and saw all these replies, thank you!

This has turned into a great thread of anticipation, and thanks for all the opinions, please keep them coming.

I genuinely am torn, the WG Daytona & White Gold Sub 116619 are the two front runners at the moment....but....but.... for some reason I just cannot get that Gold GMT with beautiful green flat face out of mind either.

Like I say it will be a snap decision on Monday whatever sings to me.

Keep those opinions coming please, I was blown away by all of the line up he had available. Like many have said, there really is not a bad choice in that line up.

so many great choices OP. no Monday-itis for you!

i would seriously think about bracelet. rolex arguably makes one of the best and in pm it is kind of amazing.

one of the things about a pm watch is it is heavy. the glidelock on the sub is made for pm and comfort.

smurf! i've got one and it is just fantastic.
