Omega watches in First Man movie

Just back from watching the First Man movie based on Neil Armstrong starring Ryan Gosling.
Apparently Omega did a lot of work with the producers to ensure authenticity . Does anyone know more ?

I just got back from the movie myself, lots of watch shots.

Here’s some pretty good info on the movie watch.

Don’t how true it is, but regarding authenticity I read they were wearing the actual same watches (not just sthe ame ref).

Looking forward to seeing this.

Some were new remakes, some were older models, there’s something on Fratello watches on it.

Can't argue with that--but for those "in the know" the speedie--has real, not simply marketing history. And real history oughtta count for something, even if it's not tangible.
