Chronometer certificate SN 8245984 - is it yours?

Hi, folks.

I was at an antique show on the weekend and picked up a Rolex box, with booklets and tags from the mid 1990s. The dealer was not a watch guy, just random antiques.

Tucked inside was a COSC certificate, dated October 1984, stamped by Gambard, a jeweller in Montreal Canada. Punched serial number as above 8245984. Handwritten on the back is 16750, which I believe is a GMT.

I'd be happy to reunite this certificate with the watch, if you can confirm that it's yours.

Long shot posting this, I guess, but willing to try. Thanks.
