Ah yes, I forgot Watchfinder. Good videos, awful prices.

Agreed! They make some of the best videos I've seen out there.

Their pricing? My goodness. A good 20% higher than their competitors, all of whom are already high depending on the specific reference.

Seems overpriced by ~ $8k. Can't you get a full set for $33-34k?

All these threads about prices softening and the bubble bursting yet they are slowly rising. A lot of people had wishful thinking. Eventually, prices may drop but since Mr. Stern is not increasing production, the economy is on a tear, and demand is only increasing....who knows when?

Indeed.

It is, however, worth noting that while production remains flat, the number of ADs has gone down (and will go down further this year). Should make some pieces more accessible to folks who were lucky enough to have relationships with the surviving ADs.

They're not rising at all. It's the one-off dealers that always post stupid prices. BLNR still sitting at $13K down from $20K 3-5 months ago.

There’s just something about that that just seems suspect to me. Just saying. Right now, with all the hype of certain references FOR CERTAIN. That being one. How on earth are there no papers or box.

A 5167, 5711 or a Daytona non full set would all be suspect to me.

Besides the fact that I couldn’t DREAM of paying that for a 67. I remember the UNDER retail days!!! Oh well.

But.... you’ve gotta pay to play!

Just my .02

Another example of a grey trying to set a new "market" price. Absolutely stupid price. If it had Dec 2019 box and papers, I could see it--even though that would still be a crazy price. At least you'd know it wasn't stolen.

Completely agree.

Wish we could see some of the data on realized prices....would be quite interesting.
