Sometimes older is better.. incoming!

Thanks for all your help in the other thread. As you may recall, I was debating which ROC to purchase. 6.3 inch wrist really demands the perfect fit. With 41 mm RO being too large, I was in between older 39mm models and the newer 38mm models. While I never got to try on the latter, there is something so special about the 39mm size in RO. Plus the symmetric subdials and option for the coveted blue dial along with the beautiful AP logo clasp. I was in between the OG or the 26300.

So I opted for the original ROC. 25860 blue dial, recently serviced and looking essentially brand new. There will never be another first ever ROC and the recent prices reflect that. Something special about having the first version of a model! Cheers!!!

Congrats! I used to have that watch in black. It's the only watch I regret selling. Enjoy.

Congrats. I had a LE City of Sails the same size for a while and am still not sure I should have sold it.

Yes! And the subdials have a subtle gold ring around it which is also so nice in certain angles
