Hopefully The Open at RSG will be all ok this year and as we are able to play from the end of next month you might be able to rearrange there?
Fingers crossed, but looking like 2 balls only for a while. I’m hoping that some clarification may be forthcoming and that 4 balls will be allowed. Else, for sure RSG can wait, its not going anywhere.

Be well.

Does anyone wear there AP when golfing ? I did for a few months and watch had to be recalibrated. Curious if what happened to me was extremely rare of if I am just the dumb one that should have taken his watch off.

I’ve tried it previously but now I always take my watch off when I play golf, it isn’t good for the watch and I find it uncomfortable.

Same here. Never play with a watch that also applies to an ugly GPS device too!

Nope never play with a watch on - sometimes may wear a piece but I take it off and put it in my bag safely while playing.

Started my lessons again today. Went better than expected. Just on the off chance AP wants to pair me up with Poults in a pro/am sometime :-)

I don't know if I can call myself an "actual golfer", but I do love golf. I'm in Toronto... I played my first round of the season on the Monday that just passed. Shot an 84 at the Country Club (Formerly Board of Trade). If any one is local to me shoot me a message, I'd love to play a round with some of you here.

Hey AP if you're reading this, hook me up with some goods

on the golf days you normally play 1 hole with the pro. The day I played the hole with Ian Poulter I hit my tee shot into the woods, tbh I was just relieved that it went further than the ladies tee.

Wow that’s cool. I’d love that opportunity. Better keep up the lessons on the very very slim chance it happens

Let the games begin. I played 18 Tuesday and 9 yesterday. More like practice - hitting 2 balls then play the best one (a one man scramble.) League play starts soon.

Hi Ash. It's Bearwood Lakes down the M4 between Windsor and Reading.

Centurion is a "sister" course as they have some reciprocity with Bearwood Lakes. I am allowed to play Centurion and have done so a few times but honestly it's not as nice as Bearwood.

Not my picture but this is the view down the 9th and on the other side of the lake is the 8th. We should definitely play Ash when you are in town over the summer.

Absolutely. Only allowed into the clubhouse if you are wearing an AP though - shouldn't be difficult for us

Thanks chaps.

Shiv, you're a lucky boy having that to trek around on a regular basis.

Yes it's nice Gary. The course is always in decent condition and they have invested heavily as usual so there were some semi-surprises when I teed up recently - like a large new lake on the 1st tee that wasn't there before....
