Super comfortable for me. The bracelet on the 3861 is far superior than the 1861 bracelet IMO. Much more tapered and lighter, and fits much like my Rolex jubilee around my wrist.

Having both the 1861 and the 3861, I find the sharpness equal on both. I will say that the new bracelet can snag on some arm hair when you are putting the watch on (I have hairy arms). there is some sharpness to the bracelet but nothing you actually feel once on your wrist. Like everything, it took about a week or so for my bracelet to settle in, the links were quite stiff at the end links which I believe nobody has commented on before, so it could be just on the one I received. all this has passed now with some wear and it really is comfortable. I don't think you get a true feeling of how a watch wears until you really wear it for a while. the timekeeping of the new movement is brilliant and the bracelet does make the watch wear smaller or at least better on smaller wrists.

Appreciate the comparison pictures. Was thinking about pulling the trigger on the new 3861 but wanted to compare the case size to the new sub. I have 6.25 flat wrist. Hoping the speedy works with my wrist size. Anyone own a speedy with a 6.25in wrist or less with pics?

I have the 3861 sapphire and the 126613LB. The 3861 definitely wears smaller and lighter on the wrist.

Amazing, the icons for rolex and omega At first glance the rolex look much smaller. But thats likely the smaller dial/bigger bezel ratio How is the clasp on the new Omega (and also new clasp on new rolex btw?) |
