Omega Boutique Chicago Michigan Ave. Very Nice Gesture...

I recently messed up a spring bar during a change on My AT Seamaster 8900. I called the Omega boutique on Michigan Ave. asking if they had a pair. The sales associate Karen was very pleasant, and took a look and they had a pair. She asked for my address, and said she would mail them off. I asked what the charge was and she said they were free. I was completely surprised, and very appreciative and thanked her. I've never done business with them, and was completely surprised at their generosity. In this day and age of people complaining of waiting lists and playing the AD game, this was a refreshing experience and I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Thanks again Karen, and also a special thank you to @Archer for confirming the part number needed.

The Omega Boutique (Atlanta) was a great experience for me as well. Truly. And Archer is awesome too.

My OB is fantastic as well. Incredible service. One time they did not have the spring bars I needed. They had a TX boutique FedEx it to me free of charge!!!

Very similar happened to me with the Short Hills NJ OB. Ordered me 2 new barrels for my bracelet pins and no charge what so ever, even installed them for me. In 40+ years dealing with numerous Rolex AD's I never received ANYTHING for free.

Awesome, indeed! Omega really takes care of the customer and it's what keeps me coming back. They gave me free spring bars when I ordered a replacement bezel for my 2225.80. Also lots of other freebies and I recently ordered the COSC / Master Chronometer Certificate for my new Planet Ocean Chronograph.
