I thought there is a long waitlist for the Blue SS Skydweller?

I have yet to see one on any AD's display.

Hello Ben,

It is a pretty long wait for a Sky D Blue. I knew when it first came out how much I wanted one and jumped as quickly as I could. I was the first to order one through the AD so mine was also the first to arrive. I believe it's about a two year weight to get one now. To the others in this thread, I apologize for my gratuitous use of the bandwidth!!!!

Looks like it's one of those dials that switch quickly from light blue to dark blue depending on the angle light hits it.

2 years wait? Wow... Anyway, I have told my AD of my interest. I was given an estimate of 6mths. Will see.

This is absolutely true. It is one of those dials with a lot of “life” in it, it changes constantly.

Still relatively new to TRF but wanted to know anyone who owns a PM sky dweller and familiar with the demand, prices, and etc. what their thoughts are in trading in a DAY-DATE 40 for ~ 23K, and adding ~ 11K to get a RG ROMAN NUMERAL SKY DWELLER. Is it worth the investment or do I keep the DD40 and buy a second watch?? Your answers and inputs are very much appreciated.
