Generally not a TT fan.
SS between those two but the CHNR is worth a look. |

Keep the SS and tell the Missus not to worry, you'll add back a TT soon, but this time in rose gold (126711CHNR). ;-)
That would be a really killer modern GMT combo. |

The SS is really singing away on your wrist. For me it’s the way to go.

I’d choose the SS. Goes with anything.

Which one would you keep if you had to choose ?
Great question!!
The TT GMT is the best TT that Rolex do - I had the 116613LB and there was too much going on. And I'm not a fan of the TT Daytona. My wife loves TT watches and was upset when I flipped mine, so not surprised by your wife's position. I have bought and sold several watches (not as many as lots on here, but plenty enough to speak with some experience). This has led me to have a nice collection which includes three AP's and three Rolex Sports watches (including the brilliant 116500, the stunning 116519LN on OF, and the love of my life, an SD 116600). But here's the thing...despite having these great watches, and despite having sold some lovely watches (16600, 116613, Limited Edition Bremont, Limited Edition SuperOcean) - there is only one watch I wish I hadn't sold and constantly consider replacing... ...my 116710LN Super comfortable. Not flash. Nicely balanced. And damn useful. Simple choice my friend. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Both look great, I would keep the TT just because you see it less.

Either one is "age appropriate". Without seeing it on wrist, TT. Seeing it, SS.

Between the two photos you posted on your wrist, the SS definitely looks like the better choice.

Stainless way better. I feel it’s more sought after and if it’s just on looks, I don’t like the yellow numbering on the bezel of the TT
