287 is automatic and has a cyclops date. 183 is a manual wind. 111 has a transparent back.

The following Historic Radiomir models in the range you're looking at have clear case backs:

183
210
287

Cheers,

Eric

If I'm not mistaken don't all Manifatturas have a clear case back? Also 112 no? I have to check. I'm just going by what I remember
The 183 is a very nice piece that could very well be my next. If I don't save enough for a 312 that is

Yes the Manifatturas come with clear case back. There are also several models of their main product line like the historic series that are not Manifatturas and come with the clear caseback, along with several other Luminors and Radiomirs.

The only way to wind mechanical watches is by manually winding the crown, hence manual wind. With the automatics though you have an option of manually winding or letting it sit on a watch winder to charge up.

Just a question, but have you ever been to www.panerai.com?

These are all current models and they have pics from every angle (including back) and all the stats on the power reserves etc. Take a few minutes and look around. You might even find some watches you might like more!
