5-digit wins for me. I like my 6-digits but many of the 5s have soul to them that the new watches just can't match. Both are needed.

I really like them all. I own a 4 digit and a newer 6 digit (126600). They’re all great - sounds like I need to pick up a 5 digit! I’m thinking a Pepsi, but not sure. The wife really wants a Moonwatch next and we share our watches because she’s a badass.

Was initially 5 digit (2 DJ’s) way back when then transitioned to a 6 digit, Now all I have are 5 digit models.

I don’t think this is to be generalized
To me 6 digit sub (except for Kermit)
6 digit SD43
5 digit GMT (except for the new Pepsi)
So each model line has its favorites from each era imo

That‘s pretty much my experience, as well.

My watch only goes up to 2 digits, I guess if I went for Roman Numerals it could be 3 digits. Are you guys using binary?

No doubt the 6 digits have improvements on them. However, I prefer the aesthetics of the 5 digit models while appreciating the 6 digits for what they are.

5 for the design (mainly the proportions)
6 for the quality (mainly the bracelet)

5 digits tool every aspect form follows function. 6 digit all about aesthetics other than glide lock which brings along fat large heavy welded parts clasp. To make it "comfortable" take out diver's extension !!

What colors are the balloons.
Green for six digits, five can use brown I suppose...

Add to that blue lume and glide lock and I'm with you.

Meet me at dawn in Times Square tomorrow for directions to the secret launch site.

I wish to stress this will be a contest of endurance, courage and irrational spending between GENTLEMEN, so no wagering.
I propose a duel. Its already an ominous time proposed, and the loser cant continue the debate after

Had a 114060 but moved it for my 14060m.

Like both but prefer this one for reasons.

A matter of preference. I prefer the 6 digit for the case and the updated glidelock clasp.

It’s a close call, but then I ask myself which has more digits? 6. So it is superior by a factor of 1.

Love aspects of both, and think both exist nicely in a collection. I agree with others, 5 digit is more tool...6 digit leans more jewelry, but certainly is tool worthy.

Prefer the 5 digits overall but like the larger crown on the 6 digits.
