Just in case you want more specific than "a few months back", it was taken September 24 2007 with a BlackBerry 8300.

I think a law should be passed to where those signs are mandatory if you are a slow driver.

I grew up in a different country and all new drivers (less than one year experience after driving on their own) are required by law to have this sign shaped like a lemon with an exclamation sign on their cars. It's a suction cup sign and they need one in front and one on the back window.
It tells the rest of the world to stay away LOL.

This guy is overdoing it. Or maybe he/she is just that bad of a driver!
