What do the experts opine as the pros and cons of a Laurent Ferrier Micro-Rotor based watch (objectively speaking) in any area you'd like to comment on?

I just received mine 1 month ago and I'm very happy with it. It's very understated which for me is important these days in that you can wear it everywhere. The back is beautifully finished. Mine is an autumn dial with Eastern Arabic numerals.

The movement has a natural escapement. But a friend of mine told me a few years ago that they were thinking about providing some watches without this feature. I don't know if they did it finally or not. However, when buying, I would check the movement has this natural escapement if it's something important to you. Quote:
For the dial, you will still be able to replace it in the future if you need too I guess. |

I'd be curious to know about long term experiences of forum members with any of the 3 popular movements based on a variant of the natural escapement: - LF's micro rotor movement - KV's Vingt-8 movement - FPJ's CO (apparently only 2 FPJ watchmakers can adjust this one) |
