Went to Starbucks today and said my name was Paul Tumi Jocke
Then the barista threw my venti heavy cream macchiato with 9 splenda and pumpkin spice sugar at me.
And she asked for a tip! Starbucks getting customer service lessons from my AD sucks!!!
