Keep in mind it probably ships from different places, once you enter in the website if you are ordering from the European Union it takes you to the EU version for example, and it's shipped from somewhere here.

Mine was ordered 9th, shipped 12th and received today in Spain.

i ordered on the US site. no shipping.
last update was shipping on Sep 30th.
likely it will be delivered from EU to US and to customers

I'm quite sure it just has to do with USA vs EU website, I think all the ones that got it already are from the EU website.
