Swiss Watch Expo?

Anyone have experience with SWE in ATL? They seem to carry TONS of options. In their review responses they say that no matter if a piece is current or vintage, they try to make sure the condition is as close to new as possible. Regarding vintage, that’s not really a good thing is it? Don’t you want vintage to be original and not completely overhauled?

Haven’t purchased from them but believe they are a reputable business. On true vintage pieces would prefer as originally as possible; on modern pieces don’t mind new parts as long as they are genuine and would not mind polishing if done correctly

I actually visited their store in ATL a few years ago. I wasn’t a fan really, as something just seemed shady. They do have a large inventory tho

They are legit - have known the owners for years and bought 3 watches since 2009.

The bulk of their sales are online. Sometimes a random visit doesn’t fulfill one’s expectation.

What I mean is the SA greeting you can make more $$$ per hour working the phone/internet than showing watches. That sometimes comes through to well-heeled prospective buyers.

My advice is know what you want. Find it on their website and push for your best deal.
