Rolex Education

Hey Guys,
I am kind of a newbie. Over the last month I bought a Sub-C, DS and now a DJ II. But, I don't just want to own them, I want to know as much as I can about the Company!

I've been trying not to ask this question here, but I can't find any good information online.

Can anyone post the lineup of Rolex Models, from lowest to highest price?

Some confusion I have is:

What's an Air King?

What's the difference between the Pearlmaster and the Masterpiece?

What the heck is a Rolex Presidential? Is it just a DayDate with a Presidential Band? lol.

I am so confused. Thanks as always guys!

Air king is basically imo rolex's low end model, no date or precious metals. Just a watch with rolex movement.

Pearlmaster is a line of watches with a different band , it doesn't fall into oyster or jubilee , it has thicker longer center links and the whole band is polished and also the bezel has diamonds set sparingly.

Masterpiece is a watch made up of diamonds/rubies on the case and bezel and the dial is also usually completely covered in diamonds.

And the presidential is a day-date gold watch , it got the nickname presidential because some pass presidents were usually seen wearing them. Jfk,nixon and some others.

I hope that helped a little.
