Donated blood wrist shot
My wife and I donated blood Thursday. I absolutely hate needles but this was the best experience I have had to date. We had a competition between us, who could fill the bag faster. I lost, so I had to buy lunch afterwards. It was a fun day!

 I suspect blood donations are in decline during this pandemic. This is a good reminder to all of us that blood is always needed
