1981 GMT Master 16753 Two Tone Nipple Dial

I’ve been a member here for many years, bought a few things, but mostly just lurk.

Offering up my vintage GMT Master 16753. It simply never gets wrist time since my father passed me his 16710.

I purchased this watch two years ago from Jacek when he was with HQ Milton. At that time there was an issue with the calendar wheel, which Jacek remedied, and in doing so, gave the watch a full service. It’s running as new, winds butter smooth, has the full power reserve, keeps excellent time. Jacek stands behind what he sells.

The watch is all original except for the hands, they are Rolex service units. The dial has a beautiful patina, and the bracelet is in nice shape with 5 removable links. I believe it’s the full factory bracelet, though someone could correct me.

The watch has a small scratch in the acrylic crystal near 1 o’clock, and the bezel insert has a scratch from 22 to 2, visible in photos.

No box or papers, watch only. Looking for $7,000 net to me. That’s less than I paid and I believe a fair price given what else I see on the market.

I’m usually in NYC, face to face is always welcome, but I’m actually quarantined in Texas for the moment.
