TrueFacet Liars
I’ve been stalking this site for while looking to not get scammed on a 1985 16803. Great info on this site BTW!!! Cut to the chase…
Find one for sale on TrueFacet. Had stock generic pictures and no info. So I emailed asked for pictures. I got an email back with pictures that looked like a 84/85 16803. I asked for them to confirm the year since no partial shot of the serial was given. They confirmed it was a 1985. Perfect! Purchased my first Rolex! Very pumped! Arrived and I notice no open 6 or 9 on the date font. Check the serial number and it’s from 1991 which is a 16613! Never buy from this company, complete liars. Lesson learned from me. ADs only. Don’t be fooled future first time buyers! |

Sorry to hear about this scam. Do they accept returns?

Could be an innocent mix up. Obviously someone is aware that you know exactly what you're supposed to be buying and are unlikely to accept a 16613.

Agree with Onikage in the post above. Have you contacted them about this yet?
If so, what did they say? I think we would all like to know. If you made this post without ever having contacted them about the possible mix-up then I think you jumped the gun a little.
