Patek - Fake/replica or real.

The seller (not on this forum) says it is real. What does everyone here think? Any other questions I should ask before checking it out in person?

Watch is a 100% fake and a bad one at that. Just look at that movement. And the thickness of that caseback, dial, etc.

I call fake as well bc the case thickness is the size of a sea dweller.

Much easier to tell in person if you have any experience with gold. Something feels off to me but I can't put my finger on it.

Who is the seller?

What was the asking price? If it was like $300 - you didn't really expect to get a $80,000 watch for that?

Facebook and the “thought I might get lucky” (‘cheap’?) bit tells me enough to guess fake without even looking at the pictures!

fake movement! and the clear plastic wrapped around the bracelet is the same that comes on the local "replica" watches here in asia(expensive ones..and i use the term replica very loosely)
As stated above the thickness as well... thats huge and no where near the original size

Its all fake!

^^ clear plastic wrap ^^ I can't think of any high end watch that would come like that. My submariner ( as with all of them) had about 40 stickers on it protecting every millimeter of the watch.

+100 to what everyone is saying here. I am not Patek expert, but wouldn't buy something like this via a non-reputable dealer or AD. Steer away.

With all due respect, there are trusted well known sellers here who wrap their watches like that too.

look at the 3rd picture and you see the black writing on the clear wrap.... that is 100% the same stuff that the china factories use on their watches......
i frequent many grey dealers and they use clear cling style wrap.... not that stuff... so with all due respect that is a dead giveaway... all its missing is the "AAA" sticker on it and there would be zero doubt
