Rolex AD in Paris.

Hi Folks,

I'll be heading down to Paris for in a couple of weeks.

Are there any recommended ADs that i can visit while I'm there?

Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Regards.

Was there in feb..all 5 ADs I visited were dry. Best I found was a two tone Daytona and skydweller. Hopefully they got more stock since then!

I'd call around outside of Paris.. hell even outside of France. It only takes a couple of hours to get out w/ Euro train.

I was just there a couple weeks back, and I went to nearly 10 ADs hoping to find a Submariner. I wasn’t able to find one, but I had a nice experience at the Rolex Boutique at 9 Place Vendôme. They had a relatively good selection and were very friendly/helpful.

Bucherer is also nice if you want to check out some other brands.

wempe. There is also an AP boutique, Patek Salon, and a FPJ nearby. Misterchrono is an awesome store too for all kinds of watch accessories. Basically just walking around the area you will stumble on all kinds of watch stuff. Its somewhat similar to Bond street in lodon as far as where to go to see watches.

I live in Paris and i recommend you Bucherer near Opera. Plus next to Bucherer you have Galeries Lafayette, Printemps and Place Vendome so you can find a lot of AD in this area. But to be honest it's quite difficult to find Rolex Sport Model in steel at Paris. Good luck

I left CDG yesterday. They had a black ceramic Daytona in the back. If you also bought a white gold gmt or the ceramic yachtmaster, you could have the Daytona.

WOW, no joke? That's crazy if airport ADs are starting to implement this too.

I am headed to CDG tomorrow. What are the rules on US duties if you purchase in the airport?

Is delta in terminal 1? I dont think so, I didnt see the explorer so no. The pickings are scarce in paris. At least they were this last week.

Anyone have any tips on an AD in Paris that give nice discounts? I’m heading there in a few days and am on the hunt for a DJ41.

its probably the same as london. If they know you are a tourist and getting the VAT refunded the chances of a discount are almost zero. Out of the cities where they dont get a ton of tourists its more likely.

I agree, the Rolex boutique in the Vendome had the best selection and service. Granted, it’s been 4 years since I’ve been there, but I scoured the city at the time.

I visited two AD’s today in Paris. The first was Boutique Rolex Etoile - Arije. Mainly all DateJusts, a very slim selection of stainless. Staff was very friendly.

The second was Dubail - Champs Elysées which was unbelievable. I was dressed down, a simple t shirt, backpack and shorts. Rang the buzzer to get through the security doors and was approached by a fellow asking if they could assist me with anything (security guard). It was only until he saw my GMT that he gave the guard indoors the okay to let us in. At that point I shouldn’t have bothered to go in...either way, nice selection of DateJusts, a few Daytona’s and a GMT in the front window.
