Dial from Gmtmaster ??

Hi got some old tool from a past away watchmaker.

There was a very worn dial, and date wheel. There are no "swiss" in the button, and it looks funny around the date cutout. But it has been replaced many years ago, and stored in the "rolex" envelop .

Is it real ?

have a nice weekend

J

It looks like a re finished 6542 dial plate. And a worn later date wheel.

It may be authentic Rolex plate, show a full scan of the reverse. Most of these plates don't bring a great deal as the only use is for another re print.

I agree it’s definitely a reprinted dial...never saw a coronet like that.
