Great that you have a pulse oxymeter. We have that, as well as a gun thermometer. Everyone should have those.

Get better and if you get worse, be prepared to get medical attention stat.

And order an inexpensive watch by mail to stay positive.

The day has its ups and downs where you feel perfect then like crap. I have been running low grade fever 99-100, but I rested a lot. Hoping the night doesn’t set me back too much.

Did that yesterday... It’ll be waiting at home for me when this is over. A nice vintage Bulova Oceanographer in SS with a solid gold fluted bezel.

Damn! This Covid-19 is hitting way to close to home for a lot of us. Take care and get past it soon!

Goodmorning... I sweat it out early last night and the sore throat gets pretty bad when sleeping. As of this morning my temp is back to normal and hoping it stays that way.

My brother is doing great and seems pretty much back to normal.

We are hopeful that we are in the upswing, but with Covid as I have been told you just take it a few hours at a time.

Also consider that most smart phones have a few cool tools. All Galaxy S-line phones from the S7 and Note 7 to present have a built in pulse ox, and heart rate monitor built into the S health app, I also had an app that measured blood pressure that wasn't 100% but was pretty damn close for use in the field for a good estimate. I'm a paramedic and have used these tools many times, usually while I'm traveling and someone gets sick on a plane.
And there are apps for the iPhone too, but a lot of their software and app development for these metrics are being centered around the Apple watch.

So I had a good night didn’t take any Tylenol, but my low grade fever is sticking around. Stomach issues are real so being very mindful of what I put in considering I take a lot of vitamins that are hard on the stomach.

My headache has subsided so that is a huge win for now.

My brother is back to normal.

Glad to hear you are doing well.

I went to lunch with my brother last week Tuesday...he informs me Wednesday he’s not feeling well (fever, body aches, massive headache). He took the Covid test on friday and received the results yesterday....positive. He is married with 2 young kids and none are showing any symptoms. We work together and the last time I had close contact was last week Tuesday, per the guidelines I went home yesterday. So far I have no symptoms and check my temp regularly. Fingers crossed I’m in the clear.

So now entering day 7 my fever is sticking around 100.00 which isn’t to bad but hoping it breaks. I feel pretty good overall and my oxygen levels are good. Keeping my fingers crossed that I stay in the mild symptom category.

Hang in there! I know you know what to do, since my brother came down with symptoms last tuesday night into Wednesday he’s doing much better and his fever has broken.

I remain symptom free which is surprising as I rode in a car with him and sat at the same table for lunch. With that said, I traveled to MX for business back at the end of Jan and 3 days after coming home I was sick for about 5 days (fatigue, was my main symptom, low grade fever, but no real runny nose etc..). After I got my better my 10 year old had a 102-103 temp for 3 days. I honestly think I had it back then and shared it with my daughter and we may have developed antibodies....just my theory though.

Hang in their..I had low grade fever for about 8-9 days ...sinus congestion ... and just basically feeling pretty crappy ..all good after that ...except I didn’t get my sense of smell or taste back for about 4weeks...that was the strangest part of it all

Hey guys thanks for checking in on me!

As of this morning I feel I am finally over the hump after over a week of fever and very high fever towards the end (high 102’s and 103’s).

I am going to get tested again tomorrow and the next day to hopefully get back to my family soon.

The TRF communities support has been huge throughout this unnerving process and for that I am very thankful.

This is not like having the flu. This is much more serious not only from a symptom perspective, but a mental one as well.

Good to hear about the progress! I have been keeping an eye on this thread and pulling for you man. Fingers crossed the next test comes out negative and you can return to the family.

I can image the mental toll having this takes on you. Stories have varied so much from person to person in regards to their reaction, so good on you for staying in good spirits.
