Was the 643 discontinued?!

It no longer shows on the website, but I can't seem to find mention of its discontinuation (is that even a word?) Anywhere. Any thoughts?

It likely is discontinued. I was browsing the Due collection and noted models discontinued there, also.

discontinuation

a breach or interruption of continuity or unity: Progress was delayed by repeated discontinuations of work.

I think it has been updated. My AD has one that is very similar in the case.

Well, that's a shame. One of the coolest models they had, imo.

Picked one up pre-owned recently and visited a boutique for a new strap. Asked and the sales associate said it was discontinued recently. R serial was the first 1000 produced but more were made thereafter in S serial at least, but don't know how many. Mine is a R serial, but was originally sold at a boutique in mid-2017...so doesn't seem like that many were made and/or never sold that well.

Saw one for the first time last week in an AD in Ljubljana. It’s an absolutely stunning piece.
