Definitely Rolex heavy, but have singles in some other brands (JLC, Seiko, FPJ, Doxa). Looking to branch off further, but Rolex is still core of the collection

I own AP and Patek, actually no Rolex for the moment, had 4, getting the new Pepsi, anyways love these two brands way more than Rolex, really another level, not at all in the same league...

Mainly Rolex, others, one of each: a JLC Reverso, a MOTM, a Patek 5196p, a blue Pelagos, and a couple IWC pilot watches - a MK XV and a MK XVIII.

considering this thread is in the "other (non rolex)" forum section i would hope most of us have other stuff!

we always hunt for vintage watch treasure around these south pacific islands and love pretty much everything we find regardless of brand. it's all good!

I own Omegas and IWC's. IWC in particular has great products and treats customers well. It's a refreshing change from Rolex who seem not to care about customers at all.

Hands down AP and JLC. AP for the beautiful genta design and signature finishing (I also love AP vintage dress watches). and JLC for their under-the-radar yet timeless design and their incredible diversity when to comes to complications. I cannot think of a single JLC piece that is objectively ugly.

Mainly Rolex for me but have a handful of Tudors (pretty much same brand!), a Panerai, and a Bremont. Really would like to add a couple of Pateks, AP, and Omega (the one I’ve struggled knowing which to get the most tbh)

Cartier
Fp Journe
Grand Seiko
Oris
Patek.

Each of them enhances the collection for the better imho.
Truth be told I seldom wear the rolex with the exception of travel and beach time.

As the summer rolls in I expect I will wear the sub a bit more frequently vs the leather strap.

very true about the leather strap. here in the deep tropics we have basically two seasons...hot and hotter. however it's surprising how many fellow local collectors can manage something on a leather strap all day. about the only way i find it workable is by wearing them on the loose side, and the thinner the strap the better.

For me to make it work in those conditions mean the strap has to rest at least a few days between wearing to dry out, and I have to be committed to more frequent strap replacements.

I don’t find it too bad if you’re in an air conditioned office or home most of the time, but working outside or on vacation it’s a total non-starter.

My current collection is strictly Rolex and AP. I am working on a PP AD relationship as we speak and hope to add PP to the mix. I've tried other brands like IWC, PAM, JLC, Chopard, and Breitling. As much as I change out my watches, the beating on the resale side keeps me away from other brands. The only watch on my buy list regardless of resale value the ALS Datograph.
