I've heard that the first wave should appear late May/early June. Does this sound realistic?

Yes. May/June deliveries will go to the biggest dealers. Don't expect every Ma and Pop AD to have these that early.

He’s the leading indicator for me. Once he has them it’s a month or two before my AD sees anything.

In 2014 I got the Sea Dweller 116600 on 1st May. And then in 2016, I think I got the Daytona 116500 in August.

With the Dweller, I was one of the first, if not the first on here. But with the Daytona, many people got one before me, so it can depend on where your AD is on the priority distribution list.

But it could easily be as early as May.

My AD told me this morning to expect my DSSD to come as early as April/May to as late as end of the year

Yes - I got my Daytona in May from my AD...if they follow that trend...if they follow the stainless SkyDweller trend - they may never show up - making that 2019 post realistic!
