It’s not surprising that so many wouldn’t buy this watch in PM.
I also wouldn’t/didn’t ever buy the 116719. It’s a $30k watch. It’s not an easy sell, and I actually think I prefer it to the Coke. I don’t think “herd mentality” applies here. |

retail.
pretty surprised people would diss super jubilee when the love is astronomical on the vintage gmt. rolex (maybe) gives the people what they want and they dont want it modern.

Any new GMT will most likely be introduced in PM before TT and SS. This. Putting the SS Coke GMT hysteria to bed. |

I'm not paying for white gold, so I'm out completely if it's WG. I love the jubilee but have never been a big fan of the red and black color combination, so I'm on the fence for that one. The BLNR on a jubilee looks fantastic though.
I'm also interested in/hoping to see a new Sub. A stainless steel Sub in all blue would be awesome, but that'll never happen since the WG variant is already out. Oh, and I'll only pay MSRP for any of them.

Don't like the red bi color and don't like the jubilee on a GMT2.
I wouldn't even buy it. I would still like the BLNR more than the coke. |

A SS Pepsi on a jubilee with glidelock.
Or a Double Red DSSD with either the old or new movement. Preferably the old movement. |

Not sure the spot on gold, but expect there is about 3-4 oz of gold tops in the watch. 18k is only 75% gold. So there is 4-5k of gold in a watch, tops. Might consider paying that premium over SS. But gold is heavier and softer, not sure either of those are desirable. As such, hard sell

Echoing a lot of members as well ...
I’d pass , I’ve never been a fan of the coke ... Even the all black bezel GMT. I like the Pepsi , BLNR and Root Beer GMT’s... SS or PM, TT not so much ... I’d only pay msrp ... Even that hurts ... |

If I had a BLNR I would def get it as I think they run very well together, as I have a LVc not so pressing. |

It’s a great color combo. Love it on jubilee. Prefer ss and would pay a bit over msrp.
Y’all get in line behind me

I don’t think I would want the jubilee
I prefer the oyster bracelet even tho I’m not to keen on the pcl on my BLNR Maybe it would grow on me And would definitely need to be ss

I put my name on the list at my local AD.......... Just in case the Coke SS becomes a reality, and believe or not..... I was not the first one on that list.

Not sure how people are confirming it’s a Gmt?? All what Rolex showed was the bracelet!!!
If indeed it’s a GMT, I expect $10,500. That’s $9k for the gmt, plus 10% price increase and the jubilee differential then you got $10,500 ......... cheers

Agree with this for the most part, however, I have seen quite a few fluted bezel / Oyster combos that seem to work pretty well! |

The supply/demand aspect can change after Baselworld. It doesn’t mean it is going to continue forever. Especially if there are new movements released. Some areas are already seeing increased stock of the SS sports models.

Based on this thread as well as other hints I've recently seen, I think this is exactly what's going to be released! It's clearly a sports model with maxi case and crown guards!
I believe they will release on Jubilee, then many years down the road offer it up on the Oyster! Of course, many will start trying to retro-fit an oyster immediately! |

If the Red is a true Red I would want it in either metal. But jubilee is not for me. That would be swapped out.

Well, if it is a Coke in SS, it shouldn't be too hard to get if the sentiments throughout this thread are indicative of the customer base as a whole... Good! That means us takers may have a shot of actually landing one by the 4th quarter.

Now if it only had that tiny tiny crown like the 5 digit models had....you know the one I’m talking about that made no sense and made the design a little off....gosh I hope they bring back the smaller crown.
