Doesn't make sense. The previous WG BLRO didn't do well. All the attention will be on the SS Pepsi so this new BLRO will do worse.

It also has the old movement 3186 instead of the 3285 on the new SS

Will probably sell a little more than the rainbow Daytona.

Joke.

If the old WG BLRO was a poor seller, just image if it was trying to compete with a stainless version. I think it'll be another poor seller.

It's pretty weird that the WG would have the old movement and the SS would have the new one. Isn't this exactly the opposite of normal Rolex M.O.?

The white gmt hand isn't a good touch imo.

I don’t see why they couldn’t just let the differentiating factor be the bracelet, but I guess WG owners get some added value with a unique dial and 24 hour hand

I have a feeling this will look much better in the flesh. Rolex has to know the small percentage of buyers for the WG Pepsi will be there regardless of SS offerings.

Otherwise this move doesn’t make much sense for them.

I am late to the news here.

I LOVE THE BLRO, so I may be in the minority.
If the new WG has a blue dial..and the oyster... oh my... That is good news to me.
Or, bad news, because I still cant seem to afford it.

I am not a fan of jubilee, so the new SS in only jubilee is a drag.
(I read on here it is jubilee only, I am assuming that is true, but hope not !)

Probably needed to run through wg cases? So changed the dial in hopes of clearing them out

^^^this and movements, bracelets and so on. Try a new dial color and see if they get some sales. Based on the forum responses does not look good.....but makes sense to use up the parts if they have them.
